Visiting a resident
Visits matter to residents. Here is how to plan one, and who can confirm today's arrangements.
Planning a visit
Before your first visit
Call reception and ask for the nursing station on the resident's unit. Staff will tell you the current arrangements for that unit and any screening in place that day.
Infection prevention
Visiting can be adjusted at short notice during respiratory outbreaks or other IPAC events. Please do not visit if you have fever, cough, vomiting or diarrhea.
Designated caregivers
Families can identify a designated caregiver who takes part in daily care. Ask the Director of Care to have that arrangement recorded in the resident's care plan.
Parking & entrance
Accessible parking is beside the main entrance at 2313 Highway 206, with a sheltered drop-off for residents returning from appointments.

St. Anne does not publish fixed visiting hours online. This page deliberately shows no hours until staff publish them from the Administration Console.
Good to know
Making visits easier
Residents often enjoy a familiar routine more than a long visit: a walk down the hall, a shared meal in the dining room, or joining a recreation activity. Our Recreation Director can tell you what is planned for the week and where families are welcome to take part.
If travel or health makes visiting difficult, ask the unit about arranging a phone or video call with help from staff.
