St. Anne Community & Nursing Care Centre participates in Accreditation Canada's quality-improvement program and achieved Accredited with Commendation status following its most recent accreditation survey.

Our most recent accreditation letter is dated January 2024, and the 2019 accreditation executive summary remains available for comparison.

Client safety policy
Board Policy 030 — Client Safety, together with Policy 024, requires periodic review of the Integrated Quality Management Plan.
Risk and continuity
A Business Continuity Plan (2024) and Board Policy 007 — Risk Management govern how the Centre prepares for disruption.
Resident & family surveys
Resident and family survey results are analysed and published. The most recent published analysis dates from 2019.

Concerns are best raised first with the staff member closest to the situation, then with the Director of Care or the CEO. You can also call reception at 902-226-2826 and ask to be directed.
