This site is designed and built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. No formal conformance claim is made until an independent accessibility audit is completed; results and any exceptions will be published here.

What we build in

Keyboard access to every link, control and form field.
Text alternatives for meaningful images.
Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds; colour is never the only cue.
Headings, landmarks and page titles that work with screen readers.
Layouts that reflow on phones and at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

Some legacy PDF documents have not yet been checked for tagging and reading order.
French versions of some pages are still under editorial review.
