About St. Anne

Governance & board

A volunteer Board of Directors drawn from our own communities holds overall responsibility for the Centre.

How we are governed

St. Anne Centre is a non-profit society owned by the citizens of Isle Madame and Louisdale. Directors are appointed or elected according to the by-laws and hold overall responsibility for operations; day-to-day management is carried out by the CEO as authorized by the Board.

Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month. The 2025 Annual General Meeting was held June 19, 2025 at La Picasse, where committee reports were presented, outgoing members recognized and new members sworn in.
