You can self-refer. Education and support for adults with diabetes or pre-diabetes, their families, and people who are pregnant with pre-existing or gestational diabetes.

Diabetes Education Centre
Main site runs Monday to Thursday at the St. Anne Centre Outreach building (mini home) in the parking lot next to the main building. Satellite clinics run at Chapel Island Medical Clinic and Dr. Kingston Memorial Clinic, L'Ardoise.
